This is to publish Mbarara District Local Government 5 Year development plan (DDPIV) for the period 2025/2026 - 2030/2031. The Plan highlights district Vision, Mission, Goal, Objectives and Programmes. It spells out key projects that will be implemented during the 5 year period in line with National developmet plan objectives and strategic direction. The Plan is in line with Uganda's Vision 2040.
